Open to Work

I don't just build brands.
I turn them into revenue.

Brand strategist, marketer, and business development operator. In the last 3 years I've driven a company single-day sales record, grown 40% in six months, helped land a Bangladeshi EdTech on HolonIQ's Top 100, and run the positioning, partnerships, and sales motions behind it all.

A passionate business professional with experience in marketing, business development, brand strategy, and operations

Marketing isn't magic; it's argument at scale. Find the belief that's blocking a decision, replace it with a truer one, and the sale takes care of itself.

My unfair advantage isn't a tool or a channel. It's that I treat every campaign like a game's round I have to win.

I studied International Relations at BUP, thinking I'd end up in policy. Then I spent a year running commercial operations at an IT firm, holding five B2B accounts and a 15-person delivery team together at once, and realized I liked building growth engines more than analyzing them from a distance.

Now I run marketing at HulkenStein, a fast-growing EdTech in Dhaka. In eighteen months we've broken our own sales records, landed on HolonIQ's Top 100 list, and quietly turned a scrappy publisher into a multi-product ecosystem serving tens of thousands of students. I'm Seeking to bring this impact to a consumer-facing, high-growth organization that wants a brand and business development hire who ships, not just strategizes.

What I do

Everything a brand & BD hire should own, plus a few things they usually don't.

Most brand or BD hires specialize in one lane, positioning, or partnerships, or the pipeline. I specialize in the outcome, which usually means running brand strategy, sales, and business development in the same week, then tying it all back to revenue.

01 / BRAND

Brand strategy & positioning

Positioning, messaging, IMC planning, and the narrative work behind a HolonIQ Top 100 nod, written to move a specific audience to a specific decision, not to sound clever.

02 / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Business development & partnerships

Market research, partnerships, and outreach that turn attention into signed accounts, proven across B2B IT and B2C EdTech, running 5+ concurrent accounts and 15-person teams.

03 / SALES

Sales & revenue growth

Coordinating sales, offers, and go-to-market timing to turn attention into closed revenue, including the parallel push behind a company single-day sales record and 40% growth in six months.

04 / CONTENT

Content & creative production

Reels, static, carousels, and video that stop the scroll, produced in Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva. Tied directly to brand and sales goals, not vanity metrics.

05 / COMMUNITY

Community building & engagement

Turn followers into an audience and audiences into pipeline, through Facebook groups, DMs, live sessions, and the daily presence most brands skip when the calendar gets busy.

06 / SOCIAL & PAID

Social media management & paid social

A supporting skill I still run when it's useful, end-to-end social presence and Meta/YouTube/LinkedIn campaigns, optimized daily against cost-per-result. Best campaign: $0.010 clicks across 1.85M reach.

Case studies

Real campaigns. Real numbers. No "increased engagement."

Three situations, what I actually did, and the outcome, with the receipts I can show a hiring manager on a call.

HulkenStein team sales milestone post, 1M+ BDT in 24 hours
HulkenStein · EdTech · Sales & Business Development

Engineering a record single-day sales day

Situation

HulkenStein needed to convert a large HSC-batch audience into paid enrollments during a tight admissions window, across a fragmented mix of Meta ad sets, community groups, and organic content.

Action

Aligned the sales team on live objection handling and offer timing for the 24-hour window, while running five concurrent Meta campaigns as the supporting demand engine, landing-page-view ads, group promotion, awareness reach, and a merchandise hook, reallocating budget daily toward whichever ad set was converting cheapest.

Result

Hit BDT 1M+ in sales within a single 24-hour window, the highest single-day total in company history, on the way to 40% sales growth over the following six months.

Getting a Bangladeshi EdTech onto a global top-100 list

Situation

HolonIQ's South Asia EdTech 100 shortlists the region's most promising education companies from a pool of 1,000+ candidates, HulkenStein wanted in, on its first attempt.

Action

Led the brand narrative and built the pitch submitted for consideration, framing HulkenStein's positioning, growth story, and market impact for an international evaluation panel. Coordinated cross-functional inputs from product, ops, and leadership into a single coherent story.

Result

HulkenStein was named to the 2025 HolonIQ South Asia EdTech Top 100 (Post-Secondary category), and I received the company's internal "Marketing Mastermind" award for the work behind it.

Running five B2B accounts without dropping one

Situation

As Commercial Officer at UVTR InfoTech Solutions, I was the single point of contact for five active B2B clients and a 15-person delivery team, with deliverables, invoices, and expectations moving in parallel.

Action

Delegated workload across the team using Asana and Monday, ran market research to surface new acquisition targets, and built performance reports that turned every client review into a renewal conversation.

Result

Maintained all five client engagements simultaneously and helped secure formal partner recognition, including a commendation certificate from Solar EPC Development Ltd. for outstanding marketing support.

Nafis is the rare marketer who understands both the ad account and the P&L. He's the reason we hit revenue milestones we thought were a quarter away, and the reason we ended up on HolonIQ's list.

What I noticed first was the reporting. Every Monday, without asking, I had a one-page summary of where the money went and what it earned. That's not normal in this market.

How I work

Same loop. Every campaign.

Not a framework I invented for this page. It's the actual sequence behind every result above.

01

Research & diagnose

Market research and competitor analysis to find where the growth, or the leak, actually is. Before spending a dollar.

02

Execute & launch

Build the brand asset, partnership pitch, or campaign, and get it live across the right channels, direct outreach, partnerships, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn. Fast.

03

Optimize & report

Daily budget and creative reallocation toward what's converting, backed by weekly reporting that shows exactly why, no vanity metrics.

How I plug into a team

What you're actually hiring when you hire me.

The parts that don't show up on a resume, but decide whether a new hire multiplies the team or drains it.

I ship in the first week

I don't need a month of onboarding to start moving numbers. Give me the brand guidelines, the last 90 days of pipeline data, and a call with sales, I'll have a first initiative live in 7 days.

I write my own briefs

You don't need to translate goals into tasks for me. Give me the business objective and the constraints; I'll define the deliverable, the metric, and the deadline.

I report before I'm asked

Monday updates without prompting. Slack summaries when a campaign shifts. Loss reports when something underperforms. No leader should have to chase me for status.

I work cross-functionally by default

Sales, product, ops, design, I've operated inside all of them. I bring the sales team into campaign planning early and route customer feedback back into creative fast.

I'm async-fluent

Comfortable in Notion, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, and Loom-first cultures. Time-zone gap between Dhaka and US/UK/EU is a feature, not a bug, work continues while your day ends.

I use AI like a coworker, not a toy

Automations in n8n, workflow assistance with Claude, and AI-assisted research and copy drafting, but always human-QA'd before it goes live. Speed with judgment.

Recognition

FAQ

Questions I get on almost every hiring call.

Are you looking for full-time, contract, or freelance?

Full-time is the priority, I want to be embedded in one team, owning outcomes, not juggling clients. Contract-to-hire is fine. Pure freelance/agency-of-one work is not what I'm chasing right now.

What's your core experience, brand, sales, or BD?

Brand management, brand marketing, sales, and business development are where I spend most of my week, positioning, partnerships, and the revenue motions behind a growth number. I can also run paid social and community channels when a team needs it (best CPC: $0.010 across 1.85M reach), but that's a supporting skill, not the main job.

What kind of company are you a fit for?

Companies where the marketing hire is expected to own outcomes, not just channels. EdTech, SaaS, DTC, and B2B services all fit, I've worked across both B2B and B2C. I'm most useful somewhere between Series A and 200 people, where a single operator can still move the whole revenue line.

What's the fastest way to evaluate whether I'm the right hire?

Give me a 30-minute call and a real campaign brief. I'll come back within 48 hours with a diagnosis, a proposed test structure, and the metrics I'd hold myself accountable to. If it doesn't feel sharper than what you're getting from your current pipeline, don't hire me.

Do you have references?

Yes, including current leadership at HulkenStein, my former manager at UVTR InfoTech, and clients I've delivered for. Available on request after a first interview.

Your next marketing hire shouldn't need a month to start moving numbers.

Give me a call. Worst case, you get an outside diagnosis of your current funnel, free.
